Vendor Information and Application

The application deadline for the 2008 Festival has passed.  We are booked for this year for arts and crafts exhibitors and entertainers.  We do have a waiting list but are not accepting any more jewelry exhibitors for this year’s festival.  If you would like to receive an application for the 2009 Festival, please contact Kazzam Events to be added to the mailing list.

It’s our 20th Anniversary and you are invited to apply to be one of the 125 juried exhibitors or 12 food service vendors at the Patagonia Fall Festival: A Celebration of Music and Art benefiting Patagonia’s all volunteer community radio, KPUP, 100.5.
 
All festivities held in the Town Park in beautiful Patagonia, Arizona. The festival typically draws crowds of buyers in excess of 12,000 each year.

2008 DATES AND HOURS

Set-up: October 9th--noon to sunset and October 10th--6am to10:30am
Sales: October 10th-11am-5pm--October 11th-10am-5pm--October 12th-10am-4pm

All arts and craft work must be designed and executed by the exhibitors.  The jury looks for unique or unusual items with excellent craftsmanship that will appeal to our customer base. 

A silent auction of work donated by exhibitors is held during the festival.  Work is prominently shown at the information center with booth numbers and artist’s information displayed with the work. 

The gazebo hosts quality entertainment each day of the festival.  Entertainers represent a great mix of styles sure to please every taste.  In addition to the stage entertainment, we have musician exhibitors in the park in spaces E1 and E2.

Arts & Crafts booths are joined by excellent food service vendors as well as gourmet food booths, face painting, and a carnival.

A special area is set aside for not-for-profit and information booths.

Security is provided from Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon.
