The Patagonia Fall Festival is known throughout the state as one of Arizona’s best small town celebrations. It’s truly a community event, with local residents, businesses and not-for-profit groups working together to create a fiesta that offers entertainment, food and gifts for the whole family. Shoppers can expect to see an abundance of fine arts, crafts and food booths located in the cool, shady setting of Patagonia Town Park. With a 20 year track record of success, the festival is expanding to three days this year to offer an additional day of shopping to those who want to get an early start on Christmas. The festival is starts at 11:00 am on Friday, October 10th and will open at 10:00 am on both Saturday, October 11th and Sunday, October 12th.
Shoppers can expect to see unique gifts and goodies from over 125 arts, crafts, entertainment, specialty food, not-for-profit, and information booths of exhibitors from around the West. Check out our list of exhibitors to window shop at the websites of many of our artists and craftsmen.
Proceeds from this year’s festival will go to support Patagonia’s community radio station, KPUP 100.5. Part of the heart of Patagonia; KPUP is run by volunteers and has been totally funded through local donations. DJ’s are local high school students, business and community leaders and retirees. Besides music, KPUP features local news and syndicated talk shows throughout each day.
Children will find plenty more to do with the rides and activities available at the Children’s Carnival located at the south end of Town Park. This year’s carnival will feature bumper boats, an air slide, an obstacle course and a bungee jump for the more adventuresome.
Patagonia Town Park is located on Arizona’s Scenic route 82 between Sonoita and Nogales, approximately one hour from Tucson and three hours from Phoenix.
