Casita Frontera is situated in the heart of Patagonia adjacent to a beautifully restored early territorial adobe home. The environment is plush with mature trees & plantings & a large fountain anchors the front patio. The back patio garden is ideal for lingering, particularly for bird watching or evenings by the fire pit. Casita Frontera sits at the back of the property separated from the main house by a garden courtyard. The Casita opens on to the interior courtyard & also offers convenient off-road parking & a private entrance on Mendoza Alley. The setting is both convenient & private.

Casita Frontera’s memorable atmosphere is regionally eclectic in nature & features fine textiles & rugs, regional furniture, folk & contemporary art. The 800sf two story loft space includes a sitting area, complete kitchen & sleeping area with queen bed. Its one bathroom is downstairs & features a large Mexican tile walk-in shower. A wrought iron spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd floor loft bedroom with queen bed, ample storage & floor space & very fun Patagonia views. Since this is a loft space, the upstairs bedroom is partially open to the downstairs via a wrought iron balcony at the staircase. Casita Frontera has been thoughtfully furnished & appointed, including all kitchen needs; bedding & linens were selected for their aesthetic appeal & comfort, & a television with satellite reception, DVD/VCR player & a stereo system are discretely hidden in a vintage armoire. YFI service is available. There is no telephone.

A two night minimum is observed. Please call for more information, lodging rates & availability. Extended-stay rates are also available.

Viva La Frontera!
