Patagonia, Sonoita, and Elgin offer a surprisingly large number of overnight accommodations and unique lodging. Experience the charm and local hospitality of one of our many bed and breakfasts—complete with gourmet morning meals. Make your stay eclectic in a 1950s Airstream or distinctive cottage. La Palomita de Patagonia is situated in the center of the charming little town of Patagonia, an hour's drive from Tucson.

La Palomita (meaning "Little Dove") is a spacious room with a queen bed, sitting area, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and TV. Antiques dominate the space, with an old claw foot tub and plenty of bubble bath in the bathroom! It is heated by an antique replica gas stove, and has air conditioning. It has a private entrance and parking on the street.

The town provides restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, a wonderful library, a local bar with great food, and a new nightclub " The Mission" which is across the street from La Palomita. There is a park in the center of the town with the shops lined on either side.

Patagonia is nestled in a valley, south of Sonoita's grasslands, north of the Mexican border, surrounded by National Forest, the Nature Conservancy ranch lands, and abandoned mining towns in the mountains. Patagonia lake is about 12 miles away, and Nogales, Mexico, 20 miles.

Cost is $75 per night, with a $40 reduction for a week's stay.
