the Sonoita Horse Races will be at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds, April 26-27,
and May 3-4. Post time: 1pm. Gates open 10:30am. Kentucky Derby simulcast wagering
on May 3, 2008. Traditional Mint Juleps, great food and other concessions add
to the fast fun of racing excitement. Admission: $3 for adults, children 12 and

ANNUAL SANTA CRUZ COUNTY FAIR: September 26-28.
Activities include a carnival, 4-H exhibits and auction, several hundred open
division exhibits, ranch rodeo, barrel racing, team roping, all-day entertainment
and lots more! 4-H members and leaders host their annual BBQ lunch on Sunday
prior to their auction. Come early, they sell out fast! Great food and merchandise
concessions and lots of safe family fun!
Gates open at 8 A.M. each day. Admission is $3 for all over 12 years of age.

20th Annual Patagonia Fall Festival: A Celebration of Music & Art Patagonia
Gears Up for Its Nineteenth Annual Fall Festival Featuring
Musical Guests, Over 140 Art & Craft Exhibitors, & Great Local Food!
The Patagonia Fall Festival is turning 20 this year and the whole town
is pulling out the stops to ensure that everyone has a memorable weekend. The
festival is set for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 10th, 11th and 12th,
Friday afternoon and starting at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, in the Town Park.
A celebration of Music & Art, the Patagonia Fall Festival is presented by
the Patagonia Area Business Association in cooperation with the Town of Patagonia.

7th Annual Patagonia Holiday Walking Tour Featuring Local Artists
and a "Moveable Feast" Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving,
11am - 5pm. Nearly all of the town's shops, studios, galleries, and restaurants
will participate by featuring local art, artists, and refreshments. Painters,
potters, weavers, toy makers, gourd crafters, water colorists, and quilters are
just some of the artists who will participate in this lively event.
